Korea is famous for their spicy cuisines from high-end fine dining restaurants to the small talk-away hole in the walls, the fact is Korean restaurant is all about exquisite foods. One of their famous delicacies is “Kimchi” a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It is often described as “spicy” or “sour”. Kimchi is Korea’s national dish and in traditional preparation it was often allowed to ferment underground in jars for months at a time. Kimchi is also a main ingredient for many Korean dishes such as kimchi stew, kimchi pancake, kimchi soup and kimchi fried rice. It is considered the most popular dish in Korea, in fact you could find it in every street food vendors in the city.
